Berry Bowl Pottery Workshop

  • Studio Coffee 211 Dundas Street London, ON, N6A 1G4 Canada (map)

Join us on June 27 from 3:00–4:30 PM at Studio Coffee for a creative, hands-on pottery experience!

In this relaxed and welcoming workshop, you’ll create your very own handmade ceramic berry bowl—perfect for rinsing fresh berries, displaying fruit, or adding a beautiful handmade touch to your kitchen this summer.

No prior pottery experience is needed. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the entire process, from shaping and texturing your bowl to adding unique details and patterns that make your piece truly one of a kind.

All clay, tools, materials, glazing, and kiln firing are included, so you can focus on enjoying the creative experience. Your ticket also includes one drink and pastry from Studio Coffee to enjoy during the workshop.

Whether you’re coming with friends, planning a creative date, or simply looking for a relaxing solo activity, this workshop is designed to be fun, social, and beginner-friendly.

Your finished berry bowl will be professionally glazed and kiln-fired, ready for pickup approximately three weeks after the workshop. Each piece is handmade and uniquely yours—functional, beautiful, and crafted by you from start to finish.

Spots are limited, so reserve your seat and come get creative with us.

Please note: At Pottery Studio London, our workshops are designed to provide a creative, hands-on learning experience. While participants create and keep their own handmade pieces whenever possible, pottery is an unpredictable art form and outcomes can vary. Even experienced potters who have worked with ceramics for many years still encounter cracking, glaze imperfections, warping from time to time.

Because ceramics are handmade and kiln-fired, no outcome can ever be fully guaranteed. Part of the experience includes learning the ceramic process, experimenting creatively, and appreciating the unique and imperfect nature of handmade pottery. Participants acknowledge that the workshop experience itself is a significant part of the value, in addition to the finished piece.

By continuing to purchase a ticket or participate in a workshop, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in the ceramic process, including the possibility of cracking, breakage, glaze imperfections, or kiln loss. We understand that this risk may not be for everyone, and we appreciate the understanding and support of those who choose to participate in the handmade pottery experience.
